Biography: 

1. 30 years working with family and individuals with trauma, stress, grief/loss, anxiety and adjustment. I’m familiar with our first responder and veteran communities. I co-hosted two conferences for first responders and families for education and treatment resources to facilitate personal and professional success. I’m retired from the VA where I was exclusively a trauma clinician for veterans and families, (many of the veterans were first responders concurrently). Completed redline and multiple trainings to facilitate the improved quality of life for this population.
2. #1goal is to assess the contributing life challenges and develop a comprehensive.treatment plan . I work with Family dynamics, divorce and/or relationship healing. Communication, anger management, stress reduction, sexual intimacy, addiction/dependency, pain management, career counseling, anxiety/depression,, medical and medication referrals. Social and emotional withdrawal/alienation from family and friends. Parenting issues.
