I help first responders to recognize signs and symptoms of current or past traumas in a safe, non judgemental environment where they are able to discuss some of the most difficult experiences of their lives. They are able to process through how these symptoms are affecting their work life, their family life, and their own internal dialog. With over 30 years experience of being a trauma therapist, Our first responders can feel comfortable that they are in the care of a very qualified and skilled practitioner to help them to process through their experiences, reduce the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings associated with them and be able to be free of the hold they have had on them over the short or long term.
As a Certified Trauma Therapist, and EMDR trained Therapist, A Certified Addiction Professional, a Trained through Gottman L2 Therapist, I have been able to assist patients and their families utilizing a high level of skill to bring them to a place of feeling safe, confident and free from their past traumas.
