Biography:

I have been in the field for over 20 years across a variety of settings including counseling, crisis intervention, trauma focused therapy, substance abuse, forensic mental health evaluation and applied behavior analysis. Throughout my career she has been devoted to working with with those in law enforcement, fire, military, and other high stressful occupations as well as their family members. I am passionate about helping people in need during crisis situations and to help break the stigma of reaching out for help because "there must be something wrong with me"... rather than this can maybe help provide me some relief and help my path in life be happier, easier, more peaceful. I am truly passionate for advocacy and is dedicated to enhancing empowerment and reducing ones personal struggles within a safe environment. I look at each client from a non judgmental point of view and each case by case individually.

Within my career I have worked within may families within the family and dependency court system that have been first responders and military backgrounds. Understanding the career comes with high stress, that may create additional family dynamics struggles that the family may find themselves within a struggle and unfortunate situation.
