Why am I a good fit to work with first responders?
As a Mental Wellness counselor for over 16 years, I have had the privilege to confidentially counsel individuals with high profile careers to low profile careers that both deal with barriers that has caused trauma and other mental wellness issues in their personal lives as well as their professional lives. My goal is to provide support, accountability, education, understanding, guidance, and empathy to first responders and their families.

What other first responder issues and goals do I work with?
The first responder issues and goals that I have worked with are grief and bereavement, family issues, burn out, stress, cultural issues, depression, anxiety, trauma (PTSD), relationship issues (e.g. marriage, divorce, single, friendship), substance abuse, anger management, domestic Violence, postpartum (for men and women), Childrens issues (disability, behavioral), and more. The goal is to help first responders & their family gain full understanding & autonomy of themselves and their families.
