Why am I a good fit to work with first responders?
I am a strong fit for working with first responders because I understand and deeply respect their unique culture the tight bonds, dark humor, and intense pressures. I have specialized training in trauma-focused therapy, including ART & brainspotting and experience supporting individuals in high-stress, high-risk situations. I’m direct and nonjudgmental, and value creating a trusting therapeutic relationship.

What other first responder issues and goals do I work with?
I work with first responders on a range of issues beyond trauma, including managing cumulative stress, burnout, sleep problems, relationship strain, substance use, and moral injury. I also support clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, identity challenges during career transitions, and building resilience. My goal is to provide a space where first responders can process experiences, strengthen coping skills, and maintain both their mental health and sense of purpose.
